HOW TO ATTACH THE NOODLE CUTTING HEAD

Notice the track on each end of the cutting head. These 2 tracks

remove, tap it lightly from underneath with a wooden object,

edge or table. Fit the handle into the ole on the machine. Notice

that when the handle turns, it passes below the edge of the table.

edges of the rollers & cutters where machine oil can accumulate.

Throw this dough away when finished.

Lightly sprinkle some flour on the rollers & cutters. Use a dry brush
