SAFETY

• By ignoring the safety instructions the

manufacturer cannot be held responsible for

the damage.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be

replaced by the manufacturer, its service

agent or similarly qualified persons in order to

avoid a hazard.

Battery safety

• Rechargeable battery is only to be charged

under adult supervision.

• Do not attempt to open the rechargeable

battery or battery pack as there are no

serviceable parts inside.

• Keep the battery out of reach from children. If

swallowed, consult a physician immediately.

• Avoid storing the battery in extremely hot or

cold environment. A device with a hot or cold

battery may not work temporarily, even when

the battery is fully charged.

• Do not dispose battery in a fire as it may

explode. Battery may also explode if

damaged. Please dispose it according to local

regulation. Do not dispose it as household

waste.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Always unplug the device and let it cool down

completely before cleaning

• To avoid damage to the soleplate, never use

any sharp object or metal utensil to scrap the

soleplate

• Use a soft damp cloth to clean the housing of

the device.

• Do not use any abrasive detergent or steel wool

to clean the iron, as it may scratch the surfaces.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

• Carefully read all instructions before using the iron.

• Remove the insulation plate between handle and soleplate before use.

• Clean the soleplate with a soft damp cloth before the iron will be used for

the first time.

• Smell or smoke may disperse at the beginning as caused by the

warming up of the insulation material.

USE

Dry ironing

• Press and hold the button until the indicator light turns on.

• Press the button multiple times to select the desired temperature level,

the indicator icon light will flash.

• Once the desired temperature has been reached the indicator icon light

will stay on. The appliance is now ready to start ironing.

• Note: the maximum ironing time is 25 minutes at the highest

temperature.

Selecting the temperature

• Check the ironing instructions on the garment to be ironed.

• If the garment does not have any ironing instructions but you know the

kind of fabric in question, use the chart below.

• Fabrics that have some kind of finish (polishing, wrinkles, contrast) can

be ironed at the lowest temperatures.

• If the fabric contains several kinds of fibres, always select the

temperature applicable, if an article contains 60% polyester and 40%

cotton, you must always choose the temperature corresponding to

polyester.

• First classify the garments to be ironed according to the most suitable

ironing temperature: wool with wool, cotton with cotton, etc. as the iron

heats up as fast as it cools, start by ironing the articles requiring the

lowest temperature such as those made of synthetic fibres. Progress

towards those that require the highest temperatures.

Spray

• Use the spray bottle for ironing out stubborn wrinkles easier.

• Fill the spray bottle with water.

• Point the spray bottle to the desired area and press the spraying button

to moisten the garments and fabric.

Charging

• The battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh.

• When the power indicator starts flashing, the battery needs to be

charged.

• Plug the USB cable into the micro-USB port on the handle and the other

end into an USB power adapter (not included).

• Plug the power adapter into a socket.

• Full charging time is approximately 2.5 hours.

Power bank

• Remove the handle module so you can use it to charge your phone or

any other electronic appliance.

• Plug the USB cable into the USB port.

• Plug the other end of the USB cable into the appliance you want to

charge.

Batterijveiligheid

• De oplaadbare batterij mag alleen onder

toezicht van een volwassene worden

opgeladen.

• Probeer de accu niet te openen. Deze bevat

geen onderdelen die kunnen worden

gerepareerd.

• Houd de accu buiten bereik van kinderen.

Raadpleeg onmiddellijk een arts, als de accu

wordt ingeslikt.

• Berg de accu niet op in een zeer warme of zeer

koude omgeving. Een toestel met een warme of

koude accu zal misschien tijdelijk niet werken,

ook niet als de accu volledig is opgeladen.

• Gooi een accu niet in het vuur omdat deze kan

ontploffen. De accu kan ontploffen wanneer

deze is beschadigd. Bied de accu aan voor

afvalverwerking volgens lokale voorschriften.

Gooi de accu nooit bij het normale huisvuil.

Reiniging en onderhoud

• Verwijder voor reiniging altijd de stekker uit het

stopcontact en laat het apparaat volledig

afkoelen.

• Om schade aan de zoolplaat te vermijden,

gebruik nooit scherpe of metalen voorwerpen

om de zoolplaat schoon te maken.

• Gebruik een zachte vochtige doek om de

behuizing van het apparaat te reinigen.

• Gebruik geen schurende reinigingsmiddelen of

staalwol om het apparaat schoon te maken.

VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK

• Lees alle veiligheidsinstructies goed door voordat u het strijkijzer in

gebruik neemt.

• Verwijder de isolatieplaat tussen de handgreep en de voetplaat vóór

gebruik.

• Reinig de zool met een zachte vochtige doek voordat u het strijkijzer

voor de eerste keer gebruikt.

• Bij het eerste gebruik kunnen er wat geurtjes of rook ontstaan als gevolg

van de opwarming van het isolatiemateriaal.

GEBRUIK

Droog strijken

• Houd de knop ingedrukt tot het indicatielampje gaat branden.

• Druk meerdere keren op de knop om het gewenste temperatuurniveau te

selecteren. Het indicatielampje gaat branden.

• Zodra de gewenste temperatuur is bereikt, blijft het indicatielampje

branden. U kunt nu beginnen met strijken met het apparaat.

• Opmerking: de maximale strijktijd is 25minuten op de hoogste

temperatuur.

De temperatuur instellen

• Raadpleeg de instructies op het kledingstuk voordat u gaat strijken.

• Als het kledingstuk geen strijkvoorschriften heeft, maar u weet welk soort

textiel het betreft, gebruik dan de onderstaande tabel.

• Stoffen met een bepaalde afwerking (bedrukking, vouwen, contrast),

kunnen met de laagste temperatuur worden gestreken.

• Als de stof uit verschillende materialen bestaat, moet u altijd de

geschikte temperatuur selecteren. Als een artikel voor 60% uit polyester

en voor 40% uit katoen bestaat, moet u altijd de temperatuur kiezen die

bij polyester hoort.

• Classificeer de kledingstukken voor het strijken eerst op basis van de

meest geschikte strijktemperatuur wol met wol, katoen met katoen, enz.,

omdat het strijkijzer snel warm wordt, en begin vervolgens met het

strijken van kledingstukken die de laagste temperatuur vereisen, zoals

kledingstukken gemaakt van synthetische vezels. Ga daarna verder met

kledingstukken die hogere temperaturen vereisen.

Stoffen die niet moeten worden gestreken.

Sproeien

• Gebruik de sproeifles om hardnekkige kreuken eenvoudiger te strijken.

• Vul de sproeifles met water.

• Richt de sproeifles op het gewenste gebied en druk op de sproeiknop om

kleding en stoffen vochtig te maken.

Opladen

• De batterij heeft een capaciteit van 5000mAh.

• Wanneer het indicatielampje voor de voeding begint te knipperen, moet

de batterij worden opgeladen.

• Doe de USB-kabel in de micro-USB-poort op de handgreep en sluit het

andere uiteinde aan op een USB-lichtnetadapter (niet meegeleverd).

• Doe de lichtnetadapter in een stopcontact.

• Het duurt ongeveer 2,5uur om de batterij volledig op te laden.

Powerbank

• Verwijder de handgreepmodule om uw telefoon of een ander

elektronisch apparaat op te laden.

• Doe de USB-kabel in de USB-poort.

• Doe het andere uiteinde van de USB-kabel in het apparaat dat u wilt

opladen.

MILIEU
