First use

WARNING! The overall power of the spiral

cable (A) is 10A. Make sure that the total power

consumption of all connected devices does not

exceed this value.

Depending on the position of your power outlet

and the extension of the spiral cable (A), it may

be useful to secure the spiral cable (A) so that it

is not pulled out of the power outlet

inadvertently.

 Insert the plug (1) of the spiral cable (A) into the power

outlet of your vehicle and secure the spiral cable (A) so that

it is not pulled out inadvertently.

 In some vehicles, the ignition must first be turned on so that

the power outlet can supply power. For further details,

please read the operating instructions for your car.

 Then insert the plug of the 12V or 24V device to be

connected into the car power outlet 12V / 24V (2) of the

spiral cable (A).

Replacing fuse

WARNING! If it is necessary to change a fuse,

you must ensure that only a fuse of the same

type is used (see technical data).

If the connected 12V or 24V device does not work, although

the power outlet is supplied with power, the fuse of the spiral

cable (A) is probably defective and must be replaced.

Proceed as follows:

 Pull out the spiral cable (A) from the power outlet of your

vehicle.

 Carefully lift the fuse cover on the plug (1) of the spiral cable

(A) and turn it to the side so that you can then access the

fuse.

 Then grip the defective fuse (arrow) with a suitable tool, for

example, a flat screwdriver, and remove it from the holder.

 Replace the fuse with a new fuse of the same type.

 Insert the plug (1) of the spiral cable (A) into the power

outlet of your vehicle.

 The spiral cable (A) is now ready to use again.

Cleaning / maintenance

The spiral cable (A) does not contain any parts that require

servicing or cleaning. Ensure that the spiral cable (A) does not

become dirty.

WARNING! Clean the spiral cable (A) with a

slightly damp cloth if it becomes dirty. Do not

use any solvents, corrosive or gaseous cleaning

agents. The spiral cable (A) may be damaged

otherwise.

Environmental and disposal information

2012/19/EU.

All old electrical and electronic devices must be separated

from normal household waste and disposed of at designated

state facilities. The correct disposal of old devices in this

manner will prevent environmental pollution and human health

you bought the device.

Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally compatible

manner. Cardboard can be put out for municipal paper

collections or brought to public collection points for recycling.

Films and plastic used for packaging the device are collected

by your local disposal services and disposed of in an

environmentally compatible manner.

This device is sold with three years warranty from the date of

purchase. Please keep the original receipt in a safe place as

proof of purchase. Before using your product for the first time,

please read the enclosed documentation. Should any problems

arise which cannot be solved in this way, please call our

hotline. Please have the article number and, if available, the

serial number to hand for all enquiries. If it is not possible to

solve the problem on the phone, our hotline support staff will

initiate further servicing procedures depending on the fault.

Within the warranty period the product will be repaired or

replaced free of charge as we deem appropriate. No new

warranty period commences if the product is repaired or

replaced. Consumables such as batteries, rechargeable

batteries and lamps are not covered by the warranty.

Your statutory rights towards the seller are not affected or

restricted by this warranty.
