PRODUCT INDICATES YOUR

ACCEPTANCE OF THE

AGREEMENT.

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This

End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a

legal agreement between you and Sony

Corporation (“SONY”), the manufacturer of

this Sony hardware device (“PRODUCT”).

All SOFTWARE and third party software

(other than software subject to its own separate

license, in which case you will be informed of

such fact) included with this PRODUCT, or

provided or downloaded from websites as

updates/upgrades shall be referred to herein as

the SOFTWARE. This License covers only the

SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE includes

software in this PRODUCT, the associated

media, any printed materials, and any “on-

line” or electronic documentation, as well as

Sony-supplied or authorized updates/upgrades

thereto. You may use the SOFTWARE only in

connection with the use of the PRODUCT. By

your initial use of this PRODUCT, you agree

to be bound by the terms of this License. If you

do not agree to the terms of this License, you

should promptly contact SONY for

instructions on return of the entire PRODUCT

and included SOFTWARE for a refund of the

purchase price of the PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE LICENSE

The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright

laws and international copyright treaties, as

well as other intellectual property laws and

treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not

sold.

GRANT OF LICENSE

This License grants you the following non-

exclusive, non-transferable (except as

expressly provided for herein) and limited

rights:

Software. You may use the SOFTWARE only

on this PRODUCT.

Personal Use. You may use the SOFTWARE

for personal use only.

Storage/Network Use. You may not use the

SOFTWARE over a network or distribute the

SOFTWARE except as specifically described

in documentation provided with the

SOFTWARE.

Back-up Copy. You may make one back-up

copy of the SOFTWARE solely for recovery

purposes.

DESCRIPTION OF

REQUIREMENTS,

RESTRICTIONS, RIGHTS AND

LIMITATIONS

Limitation on Reverse Engineering,

Decompilation and Disassembly. You may not

modify, reverse engineer, decompile,

disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive

source code from the SOFTWARE in whole or

in part.

Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE

is licensed as a single product. Its component

parts may not be separated unless expressly

authorized by Sony.

Data Files. The SOFTWARE may create data

files automatically for use with the

SOFTWARE. Any such data files will be

deemed as part of the SOFTWARE.

Single PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE is

licensed with the PRODUCT as a single

integrated product. The SOFTWARE may

only be used with the PRODUCT except as
