Operating Instructions

This product is designed specically for Sony NP-FZ100 camera battery. It

supports charging batteries in both slots simultaneously. The output current

is adjusted automatically according to input current to reach the optimal

charging setting. This product shall NOT be used with other batteries not

specied in this manual.

Charging Modes

The USN4 Pro has 2 charging modes (QC Mode and Standard Mode).

QC Mode: The USN4 Pro is QC 2.0 available. When connecting to a QC

supported device (or adaptor), the display will show “Quick Charge” on the

upper left corner. In this status (Input Voltage: 9V), it can charge 2 batteries

simultaneously with a max output current of 800mA in either slot, or 1

battery with a max output current of 1,200mA.

Standard Mode: In this status (Input Voltage: 5V), it will charge the

battery which is put in rst with a max output current of 1,000mA, and then

charge the other when the rst battery is fully charged.

Automatic Current Adjustment

The USN4 Pro’s actual output current depends on the maximum power

supplied from the USB power source. The output current will be adjusted

based on the actual power being inputted to the device, increasing its

eciency while shortening charging duration.

Battery Health Monitoring

Once the battery is inserted, the USN4 Pro will proceed with an initial low

current test charge to diagnose the battery status. After the diagnosis, the

battery status will be shown as Good, Normal or Poor.

Note: Re-insert the battery when “Poor” appears on screen to eliminate the

possibility of a poor battery contact, replace the battery if “Poor” comes up

on screen consistently.

Reverse Polarity and Anti-Short Circuit

Protection

The USN4 Pro makes use of the mechanical reverse polarity protection.

Inserting incompatible batteries or incorrect battery installation will prevent

the initiation of the charging process. The error message “EE EE” will come

up on the LCD display when a short circuited battery is installed.

Over Discharged Battery Activation

The USN4 Pro will automatically activate over discharged battery caused by

improper storage or misuse.

NOTE: this function only available for batteries with protective circuit.

Cautions

1. The USN4 Pro is only compatible with Sony NP-FZ100 camera batteries.

DO NOT attempt to charge other batteries.

2. Moderate heat from this product is to be expected during the charging

process, which is normal.

3. Operating temperature: -10~40℃ (14~104℉), storage temperature:

-20~60℃ (-4~140℉).

4. Carefully read all labels on the device to ensure batteries are installed

correctly.

5. Please connect this charger to power supplies with the input voltage

stated in the specications of the user manual. If the input voltage is

too low or too high, it may lead to malfunctions, or even a re.

6. DO NOT charge batteries if there is any sign of faulty or short circuit.

7. The charger is designed for adults. Use of the charger by kids under age

must be under supervision. Operation, using or cleaning of the charger

may NOT be done by kids aged 8 years or younger.

8. DO NOT leave the product unattended while it is connected to a power

supply. Unplug the product at any sign of malfunction and refer to the

user manual.

9. Batteries of short lifespan should be replaced as soon as possible.

10. DO NOT store or use the product in an environment where the

temperature is extremely high / low or changes rapidly, or in a conned

area with a high temperature.

11. Store the device in ventilated areas. DO NOT uses the device in moist

environment and keep away from any combustible materials.

12. Avoid any shock or impact to the device.

13. DO NOT place any conductive or metal object in the device to avoid

short circuiting and explosions.

14. Unplug the device and remove batteries when it is not in use.

15. DO NOT disassemble or modify the device as doing so will render the

product warranty invalid. Please refer to the warranty section in the

manual for complete warranty information.

Das USN4 PRO ist ein Zwei-Slot-Ladegerät speziell für Sony NP-FZ100 Kamera-

Akkus. Das USN4 PRO unterstützt das gleichzeitige Laden von 2 Akkus. Der

Ausgangsstrom wird automatisch entsprechend dem Eingangsstrom eingestellt,

um die optimale Ladeeinstellung zu erreichen. Dieses Produkt darf NICHT mit

anderen als in diesem Handbuch angegebenen Akkus verwendet werden.

Lademodi

Das USN4 Pro verfügt über 2 Lademodi: QC-Modus und Standard-Modus

QC-Modus: Im USN4 Pro ist QC 2.0 integriert. Wenn Sie eine Verbindung zu

einem QC- Gerät (oder Adapter) herstellen, wird auf dem Display "Quick Charge"

in der oberen linken Ecke angezeigt. In diesem Status (Eingangsspannung: 9V)

können 2 Akkus gleichzeitig mit einem maximalen Ladestrom von 800mA in

jedem Steckplatz oder 1 Akku mit einem maximalen Ausgangsstrom von 1200mA

Automatische Erkennung der maximalen

Leistung der Energiequelle

Der tatsächliche Ladestrom des USN4 PRO hängt von der maximalen

Eingangsleistung ab, die von der USB-Stromquelle geliefert wird. Der Ladestrom

wird eingestellt auf Basis der tatsächlichen Leistung, die dem Gerät zugeführt

erneut in korrekter Weise ein. Wechseln Sie den Akku aus, wenn die Meldung

gleichbleibt.

Verpolungsschutz und Schutz gegen Kurzschluss

Das USN4 PRO nutzt einen mechanischen Verpolungsschutz. Das Einsetzen von

inkompatiblen Akkus oder die falsche Akkuinstallation verhindert den Beginn des

Ladevorgangs. Wird ein Akku mit Kurzschluss eingelegt, erscheint im Display "EE

EE".

Reaktivierung tiefentladener Akkus

Das USN4 PRO ist in der Lage, tiefentladene, geschützte Akkus zu reaktivieren.

HINWEIS: Diese Funktion ist nur für Akkus mit Schutzschaltung verfügbar.

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen

1. Der USN4 PRO Lader ist ausschließlich für Sony NP-FZ100 Akkus geeignet.

Versuchen Sie NICHT, andere Akkus damit aufzuladen.

Le présent chargeur est destiné aux batteries de caméra Sony de type

NP-FZ100. Le chargeur USN4 Pro supporte une charge des batteries

dans tous les deux slots simultanément. La puissance de sortie est réglée

automatiquement en fonction du courant d'entrée pour atteindre une

ecacité de charge optimale. Ce produit NE dot PAS être utilisé avec d'autres

batteries non spéciées dans ce manuel.

Mode de charge

Le chargeur a deux modes de charge, soit le mode de charge rapide et le

mode de charge normal.

Mode QC: Le chargeur supporte le mode QC. Quand il est connecté à un

appareil d'alimentation (ou adapteur) supportant le mode QC, l'écran montrera

"Quick Charge". Sous le mode QC (tension d'entrée: 9V), le chargeur peut

charger 2 batteries simultanément avec un courant de charge maximal de 800mA

de chaque slot, ou 1 batterie avec un courant de charge maximal de 1,200mA.

Mode de charge normal: Sous le mode de charge normal (tension d'entrée

5V), le chargeur chargera la batterie qui est insérée premièrement avec un

courant de charge maximal de 1000mA, et puis charge l'autre batterie quand

la première est complètement chargée.

Sélection automatique du courant de charge

Le courant de sortie réel de L'USN4 Pro dépend de la puissance maximale

fournie par l’USB. Le courant de sortie est réglé en fonction de la puissance

réelle introduite sur l'appareil, an d'augmenter son ecacité tout en

raccourcissant le temps de charge.

Détection de la santé de la batterie

Une fois la batterie insérée, l'USN4 Pro procédera à une charge initiale de

teste de courant faible pour diagnostiquer l'état de la batterie. Après le

diagnostic, l'état de la batterie s'ache comme Bon, Normal ou Mauvais

(Good, Normal, Poor).

NOTE: Re-insérez la batterie lorsque "Pauvre" (Poor) apparaît à l'écran au

cas où il y aurait un mauvais contact de la batterie. Remplacez la batterie si

"Poor" apparaît à l'écran de façon continue.

Protection contre les inversions de polarité et

les courts-circuits

L'insertion de batteries incompatibles ou l'installation incorrecte de la batterie

empêchera le démarrage du processus de charge. Le message d'erreur "EE

EE" apparaît sur l'écran LCD à l'installation d'une batterie en court-circuit.

Activation des batteries déchargées

L'USN4 Pro activera automatiquement les batteries déchargées causées par

le stockage incorrect ou la mauvaise utilisation.

NOTE: Cette fonction ne fonctionne qu'avec les batteries avec circuit de protection.

Précautions

1. Le chargeur USN4 Pro n'est compatible qu'avec les batteries NP-FZ100.

NE PAS utiliser avec d'autres batteries.

2. Une montée en température du produit est à prévoir pendant le

processus de charge, c'est normal.

l'intérieur du chargeur pour éviter un court-circuit ou une explosion.

14. Lorsque le chargeur n'est pas utilisé, retirez toutes les batteries et

débranchez le chargeur.

15. Ouvrir, démonter et modier l'unité peut invalider la garantie. Vériez les

Instrucciones de funcionamiento

Este producto está diseñado especícamente para la batería de la cámara

Sony NP-FZ100. Soporta la carga de baterías en ambas ranuras de forma

simultánea. La corriente de salida se ajusta automáticamente según la

corriente de entrada para alcanzar la conguración de carga óptima. Este

producto NO se debe usar con otras baterías no especicadas en este

manual.

Modos de carga

El USN4 Pro cuenta con 2 modos de carga (modo QC y modo estándar).

Modo QC: El USN4 Pro tiene disponible el modo QC 2.0. Cuando se conecta

a un dispositivo (o adaptador) compatible con QC, la pantalla mostrará

"Carga rápida" en la esquina superior izquierda. En este estado (voltaje de

entrada: 9V), puede cargar 2 baterías simultáneamente con una corriente de

salida máxima de 800 mA en cualquier ranura, o 1 batería con una corriente

de salida máxima de 1200 mA.

Modo estándar: en este estado (voltaje de entrada: 5V), cargará la batería

que se coloque primero con una corriente máxima de salida de 1000mA, y

luego cargará la otra cuando la primera batería esté completamente cargada.

Ajuste automático de la corriente

La corriente de salida real del USN4 Pro depende de la potencia máxima

suministrada por la fuente de alimentación USB. La corriente de salida

se ajustará en función de la potencia real que entra en el dispositivo,

aumentando su ecacia al mismo tiempo que acorta el tiempo de carga.

Control del estado de la batería

Una vez que inserte la batería, el USN4 Pro realizará una carga inicial de

prueba de baja corriente para diagnosticar el estado de la batería. Después del

diagnóstico, el estado de la batería se mostrará como Bueno, Normal o Malo.

Nota: vuelva a colocar la batería si en pantalla aparece el mensaje “malo”

para eliminar la posibilidad de un contacto de batería deciente, cambie la

Protección contra polaridad inversa y

cortocircuito

El USN4 Pro usa la protección mecánica contra polaridad inversa. La

inserción de baterías incompatibles o la instalación incorrecta de la batería

evitará el inicio del proceso de carga. Si inserta una batería que está en

cortocircuito, el mensaje de error "EE EE" aparecerá en la pantalla LCD.

Activación de la batería sobredescargada

El USN4 Pro se activará automáticamente si la batería está descargada por

un almacenamiento incorrecto o mal uso.

NOTA: esta función solo está disponible para baterías con circuito de

protección.

Precauciones

1. El USN4 Pro solo es compatible con las baterías de la cámara Sony NP-

FZ100. NO intente cargar otras baterías.
